Welcome to the Bible Book New Testament page 4. Our lesson now is on the Spirit Of God.
The Spirit is the key to not only give you a new understanding of the word of God, the Bible Book New Testament, but also will let you know which words are from the True God and which are from the angel of God YHWH. Let us see this example:
Revelation 16:13-14 Then I saw three impure spirits that looked like frogs; they came out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet. They are demonic spirits that perform signs, and they go out to the kings of the whole world, to gather them for the battle on the great day of God Almighty.
And you think this hard right? Well you are right, but we will cover this example after a while. Let us read this verse:
Saints John 6:63 The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you —they are full of the Spirit and life.
In that verse It tells us that the Words spoken by Imanuel are actually Spirits. So the Spirit of God is the Word of God.
Saints Matthew 24:35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.
This promised from God says that heaven and earth will end but the New Testament Bible has no end.
I said the New Testament Bible because those word were written in the Bible Book New Testament. So what do we learn so far? The Spirit is the Words. Those words spoken by Imanuel are the Spirit of God.
Saints John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
In the beginning was the Spirit, and the Spirit was with God, and the Spirit was God.
Saints John 5:16-17 So, because Jesus was doing these things on the Sabbath, the Jewish leaders began to persecute him. In his defense Jesus said to them, "My Father is always at his work to this very day, and I too am working." God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth."
You should know by now that The Spirit is the Word of God and that Word is also God. Does this makes any sense to you? I will put it this way. A king gave out a command that anyone who doesn't bow to him and worship him will die. This command or this words of the King is really powerful isn't it? If you don't obey those words you will surely die. Now who can face that King and said, "You are my great King but those commands are not my king so I won't obey them" what do you think would happen to you afterwards? The King would give out another command for you to be killed.
Ok so we cannot separate God and his Word which means they are one. God's Word is also God Himself.
Saints Matthew 12:31 And so I tell you, every kind of sin and slander can be forgiven, but blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven.
You have to know that the Word we are on is the New Testament Bible. That is what they name the Spirit nowadays. I mentioned the New Testament Bible because those Word are written in the Bible Book New Testament. You can also say that the Spirit has come in flesh to remind us of the Word of God. This was what Imanuel prophesied when he said that the Spirit of Truth after him will remind us of God's Word. So, the Spirit is also the Bible (The New Testament).
Now let us see if you can interpret this:
